Bernhard, Radio navigation ruins in Venusberg, Germany.

The Bernhard electric beacon stands on Venusberg with a rotating antenna system measuring 25 by 35 meters at coordinates 48.6965 latitude and 8.8790 longitude.

Construction of this Luftwaffe radio navigation station began in 1944 as part of a network designed to guide German night-fighter operations during World War II.

The remaining structure represents advances in military navigation technology, featuring the FuG 120 system for transmitting antenna azimuth data to aircraft.

Access to the beacon requires careful navigation through local terrain in Aidlingen, with no facilities available at the location due to its ruinous state.

The Bernhard station forms part of the FuSAn 724/725 system, which printed directional information for aircraft through an advanced mechanical-electronic configuration.
