Fry's Spring Historic District, Historic residential district in Charlottesville, United States.

The 150-acre district features 300 residential buildings displaying Colonial Revival, Craftsman, Spanish Revival, and Tudor Revival architectural elements along tree-lined streets.

James Francis Fry acquired 305 acres in 1817, establishing the foundation for what would become a notable neighborhood development between 1890 and 1963.

The district includes four churches and the Fry's Spring Beach Club, which formed central gathering places for neighborhood residents throughout the 20th century.

The district extends along Jefferson Park Avenue and connects multiple streets including Stribling, Todd, Robert, Raymond, and Highland Avenue in southern Charlottesville.

The natural spring on the property influenced the creation of the Jefferson Park Hotel, which operated as a recreational destination before the area transformed into residential use.
