The structure represents the influence of Greek immigrants from Kythera on Queensland's commercial development, particularly in the hospitality and retail sectors.

Located at 133-137 Redcliffe Parade, the arcade contains multiple retail spaces across three levels with direct access to the main shopping district.

The building initially housed Redcliffe's first nightclub, known as 'The Ace of Clubs,' which opened in December 1946 within its ballet room.
