Spencer Gorge/Webster's Falls Conservation Area

Spencer Gorge features Webster's Falls, a 22-meter-high waterfall flowing down Spencer Creek with a width of 30 meters at its crest point.

The waterfall area has held different names through time, including Dr. Hamilton's Falls, Spencer Falls, Hart Falls, Fisher Falls, and Flamborough Falls.

The Spencer Creek Bridge, constructed in the 1930s and restored in 2000, stands as an engineering landmark connecting both sides of the conservation area.

Visitors need online reservations during peak fall season, with designated two-hour time slots and specific parking arrangements to manage the flow of people.

Hamilton Conservation Authority maintains this site where Spencer Creek creates two separate waterfalls: the main Webster's Falls and the seasonal Baby Webster's Falls.
