The Church of Saints Peter and Paul operates from the twelfth floor of the Kingdom Power Commercial Building at 32-36 Des Voeux Road West.
The church was established in 1934 by Father Dmitry Uspensky when Russian emigrants settled in China after departing from the Bolshevik revolution.
The parish conducts religious services in multiple languages, including Church Slavonic, English, and Chinese, to accommodate its diverse congregation.
The facility maintains a library, store, and Sunday school program where visitors can access religious texts and educational resources about Orthodox faith.
Following a period of closure, the Moscow Patriarchate reinstated services in 2008 with Father Dionisy Pozdnyaev leading community revitalization efforts.
