Saint-Martin-d'Arrossa

Saint-Martin-d'Arrossa covers 18.4 square kilometers in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques department, with elevations ranging from 143 to 810 meters above sea level in the Pyrenean foothills near the Spanish border.

The commune was officially established on July 2, 1923, and preserves prehistoric remains including an ancient fortified camp classified as a historical monument that demonstrates millennia of human occupation.
