Valley of Springs Regional Council

The Valley of Springs Regional Council covers 245 square kilometers of land between the Jezreel Valley, Lower Galilee, and Jordan River.

The council transformed from Beit Shean Valley Regional Council in 2008, integrating sixteen kibbutzim, six moshavim, and two community settlements.

Residents of kibbutzim, moshavim, and community settlements maintain agricultural traditions through collective farming methods across the northern territories.

The regional council provides administrative services to 15,304 inhabitants while coordinating development projects between different agricultural settlements in the area.

Located at 231 meters below sea level, the council operates in one of the lowest elevation zones of Israel.
