Engineer Edmondo Del Bufalo constructed this state examination center in 1912 under the commission of the Special Office of Civil Engineering.
The structure features a prominent inscription stating 'SEDE DEGLI ESAMI PER CONCORSI DI STATO' on its facade, marking its role in Italian civil service.
The palace contains four floors plus a basement level, currently hosting temporary exhibitions and cultural events following its closure as an examination center.
Until 2013, this building served as the main examination venue for Italian public officials, teachers, journalists, and other professional certifications.
