Yangjae Citizen's Forest, Urban forest park in Seocho District, Seoul, South Korea
The park extends across 358,991 square meters of land, featuring dense woods, walking paths, sports facilities, and multiple memorial structures throughout its grounds.
The forest park opened in 1986 after three years of construction, coinciding with preparations for the Asian Games and Seoul Olympic Games.
The Yun Bong-gil Memorial Hall within the park preserves the memory of a Korean independence activist through exhibitions and educational programs.
Located 200 meters from Yangjae Citizen's Forest station, the park contains tennis courts, basketball facilities, and parking spaces for 571 vehicles.
The park houses memorials dedicated to victims of significant events, including the Korean Air Flight 858 incident and Sampoong Department Store collapse.
