House of P. M. Zaslavskaya, Regional cultural heritage building in Rostov-on-Don, Russia

The three-story Ivan Zvorykin House stands at the intersection of Pushkinskaya Street and Semashko Lane, featuring Art Nouveau architecture with Gothic elements.

Built in 1910, this residence belonged to Rostov-on-Don's mayor Ivan Nikolayevich Zvorykin until the 1917 Russian Revolution led to its nationalization.

The structure represents early 20th-century Russian architectural design with its hexagonal bay window, lancet arches, and decorated friezes with three-quarter columns.

The building contains two separate sections with independent entrances, each equipped with a two-flight staircase and an elevator for visitor access.

Knights figures originally adorned the parapet of the tower until their removal in the 1960s, while the corner turret retains its distinctive dome.
