These terms of use govern the Around Us+ (Premium) subscription offered within the Around Us application. By subscribing to Premium, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all of these terms.
1. Subscription Description
Around Us+ (Premium) grants access to exclusive in-app benefits, such as:
- AI Assistant
- "Premium" badge visible to other players
- Removal of in-app ads
- Exclusive features
- Advanced options and customization
- Direct support for the development of Around Us
2. Subscription and Payment
The subscription is available via the App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged upon purchase confirmation.
Three plans are available: monthly subscription, annual subscription, or lifetime access (permanent access). Prices may vary by region.
The subscription or lifetime purchase is strictly linked to the Around Us account used at the time of purchase. It is personal, non-transferable, and non-assignable to another account, even in the case of an email address, Google/Apple account, or device change.
3. Renewal and Cancellation
Auto-renewing subscriptions renew at the end of each period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play or App Store account.
No refunds will be issued, including in cases of:
- Voluntary deletion of the user account
- Non-use of the app or Premium benefits
- Suspension or banning due to terms of use violations
- Purchasing the subscription on the wrong account
4. Changes to Benefits
Around Us may modify the features included in the Premium subscription at any time. You will be notified in case of significant changes.
Around Us strives to ensure the continuous availability of Around Us+ benefits. However, certain features may be modified, suspended, or removed temporarily or permanently, without compensation or refund, especially for technical, legal, or security reasons.
5. Account Sharing
Account sharing between multiple users is strictly prohibited. Each Premium subscription is personal and tied to a single user.
We have implemented security and monitoring systems to detect any suspicious activity. In case of violation, Around Us reserves the right to:
- Remove Premium benefits without notice
- Disable or ban the associated account
- Deny any refund
By subscribing, you agree to these conditions and commit to using your account strictly personally. Any attempt to share, resell, or transfer a subscription to another account will result in the same sanctions.
6. Anti-Fraud
Any attempt to bypass verification systems, misuse the subscription, or manipulate the app will result in immediate account suspension, without notice or refund.
7. App Store and Google Play Platforms
The purchase of a Premium subscription is also subject to the general terms of the distribution platform used (App Store or Google Play). Around Us cannot be held responsible for any decisions made by these platforms, including payment refusals, suspensions, or disputes handled through their systems.
8. Liability
Around Us cannot be held liable for any temporary malfunctions or service suspensions related to Premium. The subscription does not guarantee contest winnings or any direct competitive advantage.
