Old Faithful, Geyser in Yellowstone National Park.

Old Faithful is a cone geyser located in Wyoming, United States.

It was named in 1870 during the Washburn-Langford-Doane Expedition and was the first geyser in the park to receive a name.

Old Faithful has become one of the most studied geysers and serves as a symbol of the national park system in the United States.

The geyser erupts every 44 to 125 minutes, lasting from 1.5 to 5 minutes.

Despite not being the tallest or largest geyser in the park, it is the most predictable regarding its eruption schedule.
