Ryugyong Hotel, Hotel in North Korea
The Ryugyong Hotel is an unfinished 105-story pyramid-shaped skyscraper in Pyongyang, North Korea.
Its construction began in 1987 but was halted in 1992 due to economic difficulties.
It's a symbol of the ambition of North Korea's leadership and has been dubbed the 'Hotel of Doom'.
Despite its impressive height, the hotel remains unopened to this day.
It is currently the tallest unoccupied building in the world.
