The burial place of Genghis Khan, the founder and first Great Khan of the Mongol Empire, is one of the most significant historical sites in Mongolia.
Despite many attempts to locate it, the exact location of Genghis Khan's burial site remains unknown.
It is believed that a sacred ceremony was held at the burial site, which is deeply rooted in Mongolian tradition and culture.
Due to its undisclosed location, visiting the actual burial site is not possible. However, there are several monuments and museums dedicated to Genghis Khan throughout Mongolia.
Legend has it that a river was diverted over his grave to make it impossible to find.
