The central building of Soestdijk Palace stands alongside two symmetrical wings, featuring three floors and incorporating two modern elevators for vertical transportation.
Constructed in 1650 as a country residence for Cornelis de Graeff, the palace underwent transformation into a hunting lodge between 1674 and 1678 under architect Maurits Post.
The palace exhibits a collection of royal artifacts, including rooms preserved from the period when Queen Juliana and Prince Bernhard resided there until 2004.
Visitors can access the palace through guided tours that include exploration of formal reception rooms, private chambers, and the surrounding palace grounds.
The palace transformation project by Made in Holland introduces new functions including hotel facilities, event spaces, and residential areas while preserving historical elements.
