The Kurhaus stands prominently along the North Sea coast, featuring a grand architectural design with ornate ceilings and spacious halls throughout the structure.

German architects Jakob Henkenhaf and Friedrich Ebert designed this building in 1884, incorporating elements that resulted in its designation as a Rijksmonument.

The hotel section contains 270 rooms, including 8 suites, and its conference facilities can accommodate up to 1,500 people for various events.
