Seven Sisters waterfall, Coastal waterfall in Norway
The Seven Sisters waterfall consists of seven separate streams, and it is one of the most famous waterfalls in Norway.
It is part of the Geirangerfjord, which was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Locally known as 'De syv søstrene,' the falls are often anthropomorphized in Norwegian folklore.
Best viewed from a boat trip on the Geirangerfjord during the summer season when the water flow is at its peak.
The waterfalls are named after the seven sisters from Norse mythology.
