Kamieniec Ząbkowicki Palace, Neo-Gothic château in Kamieniec Ząbkowicki, Poland

The rectangular palace measures 75 meters by 48 meters and features four corner towers rising 33 meters above the surrounding landscape of Lower Silesia.

Princess Marianne of the Netherlands commissioned architect Karl Friedrich Schinkel to design this monumental palace, with construction starting in 1838 and completing in 1872.

The palace grounds include a neoclassical mausoleum commemorating the Hohenzollern family and gardens designed by Peter Joseph Lenné, the General Director of Prussian Parks.

The Ministry of Culture and National Heritage of Poland funds ongoing renovations at the palace, which remains open to visitors throughout the restoration process.

During World War II, the palace served as a transit station for art collections, leading to significant changes in its interior condition after the conflict.
