Tverskaya Street 14, Federal heritage building in Tverskaya Street, Moscow, Russia
The restored classical facade building features ornate columns, large windows, and decorative elements across its four-story limestone exterior.
Built in 1780s by architect Matvey Kazakov for Catherine II's secretary Grigory Kozitsky, the building underwent major renovations when merchant Yeliseyev acquired it in 1898.
The mansion served as a literary salon where notable Russian writers and musicians, including Alexander Pushkin, gathered for cultural evenings.
The building houses exhibition spaces, historical displays, and the State Museum Cultural Center Integratsiya, which offers regular guided tours in multiple languages.
During Soviet times, the structure contained Gastronom Number 1, which remained one of the most important food stores in Moscow.
