Khutir Nadia, Nature reserve and cultural estate in Kropyvnytskyi Raion, Ukraine.

Khutir Nadia is a nature reserve and historical estate in Kropyvnytskyi Raion with landscaped gardens, woodland, and several period buildings set across its grounds. The property features natural ponds, mature trees, and structures including the former family residence and a museum displaying objects connected to the site's past.

The property was established in 1871 by Karpo Tobilevych and later transformed by his son Ivan Karpenko-Karyi after returning from exile in 1887. This transformation turned the grounds into a significant center for artistic work in the region.

The estate is closely linked to the Tobilevych family and served as a workspace where the writer Karpenko-Karyi created important works of Ukrainian theater. The setting reflects how the family integrated their creative life with the natural landscape around them.

The site is best explored on foot with paths leading through the parkland and wooded areas suitable for visitors of different abilities. The estate remains open for much of the year and staff can guide groups through the historical buildings on the grounds.

The estate regularly serves as a backdrop for wedding photography, particularly on weekends when couples seek images among the old oak trees and natural springs. This practice shows how the grounds remain valued as a setting for important personal moments.
