Ashridge is an executive education facility in a Gothic Revival building with crenellated details, set within 2000 acres of woodland and parkland in Hertfordshire. The campus provides conference spaces, accommodation, and learning areas throughout these grounds.

The estate began in the 13th century as a Benedictine monastery and was later used as a royal residence by different rulers. In 1959 it became a management college where corporate leaders have been trained ever since.

The grounds extend northeast of Berkhamsted and are surrounded by woodland, which makes navigation important during a visit. Wear sturdy footwear when exploring, as the landscape covers a large area with various pathways.

The gardens were designed by Humphrey Repton, an 18th-century landscape architect whose style blends formal areas with wilder vegetation. His design merges human-made features with the surrounding woodland in a subtle way.
