Burg Kreuzenstein

Burg Kreuzenstein is a castle in Leobendorf featuring Romanesque and Gothic architectural styles across its stone structures and towers. The building contains multiple connected sections with thick walls and defensive features typical of medieval fortifications.

The rebuilding was unusual: the owner sourced genuine medieval components from various European castles and ruins to construct the new structure. This made the castle a mosaic of original pieces from different periods and locations assembled into one cohesive whole.
