La Creu de l'Aragall

The 563-meter peak of La Creu de l'Aragall stands between Corbera de Llobregat and Castellví de Rosanes, featuring a geodesic vertex at its highest point.

In 1811, Colonel Manso trained 20,000 individuals at the Plan of the Volunteers beneath La Creu de l'Aragall to form the Catalunya Hunter Battalion.

The cross that names the mountain was constructed in 1909 to honor the memory of Joseph Rifà i Munt, marking its significance in local heritage.

Multiple hiking trails lead to the summit, including a 9-kilometer loop from Castellví de Rosanes with 350 meters of elevation gain.

From the Mirador de la Masia Engràcia near the summit, visitors can observe the distinctive silhouette of the Montserrat mountains in the distance.
