Castell de Godmar, Fortified house in Pomar de Dalt, Badalona, Spain.
The Castell de Godmar combines medieval architecture with a lateral facade that includes battlements, towers, and walls integrated from other historical structures.
Originally constructed on a Roman villa site in 1030, the fortress transformed from a medieval tower into a noble residence during the 15th century.
The Chapel of Sant Crist houses valuable religious artworks, including a statue by Ramon Amadeu and a crucifix restored by Frederic Marès.
The castle remains a private residence, with its former agricultural terraces now serving as a Pitch and Putt course open since 1997.
The interior preserves furniture and paintings that survived the 1936 looting, maintaining an authentic collection of historical artifacts.
