K.B. Hallen

K.B. Hallen is a multi-purpose sports hall in Frederiksberg with a capacity of around 4,500 people, designed to host concerts, sporting competitions, and large public events. The building contains modern facilities and a flexible layout that accommodates different types of activities.

The hall opened in 1938 and shaped Copenhagen's event landscape for decades. After a fire in 2011, it was completely rebuilt and reopened in 2019 as a modern venue.

During the 1960s, K.B. Hallen became a center for international music performances, hosting concerts by The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, and numerous jazz musicians.

The hall sits on Peter Bangs Vej and is easy to reach by public transport. Visitors should check which event is happening to plan which entrances and exits work best for their visit.

The hall connects to Pejsesalen, a ballroom with special lighting systems and a large decorative wall mural. This adjoining space creates an extended event complex on a single site.
