Millau Viaduct, Cable-stayed bridge in France.

The Millau Viaduct is the tallest bridge in the world with one mast's summit at 343 meters above the base of the structure.

It was completed on December 16, 2004 and opened to traffic two days later.

The bridge has been consistently recognized as a major achievement in engineering and has received numerous awards.

It spans the valley of the River Tarn near Millau in southern France.
