Luokavos kalnas

The hillfort features a platform with dimensions of 60 meters by 18 meters, rising to a height of 20 meters above the surrounding terrain.

Archaeological studies from 1966 revealed that people inhabited this defensive structure from the first millennium through the thirteenth century CE.

The site contains evidence of early Lithuanian settlement patterns through decorated ceramics found in the cultural layer of the platform.

Visitors can reach the hillfort by following the route through Ramučiai toward Vegeriai, then turning right after the first canal into a forest road.

The remains of an earthen rampart measuring 0.5 meters in height and 5 meters in width are still visible on the northwest section.
