Sint-Augustinuskerk, Utrecht, Catholic church with Rijksmonument status on Oudegracht, Utrecht, Netherlands.
The church features a temple front with massive Doric columns facing the canal, crowned by a pediment and a 40-meter tower.
Built between 1839 and 1840, Sint-Augustinuskerk became the first major Catholic church in Utrecht after the restoration of religious freedom.
The interior contains an 1844 organ by H.D. Lindsen and a main altar created in 1857 by Prosper Venneman from Ghent.
The church serves the Sint-Salvator parish and underwent restoration work to repair the vault collapse, with reopening scheduled for Advent 2023.
Four bells ring from the turret while a wooden barrel vault with stucco work spans the entire length of the church hall.
