The Agricultural Society building displays northern modernist architectural features with triangular shape and natural stone facades at the intersection of two streets.
Constructed in 1904 by architect Allan Schulman, the building replaced earlier stone structures that had existed on this site since the late 18th century.
The structure earned regional cultural heritage status in 2016 following an expert assessment by art historian Maria Bredova.
Located at 1-1A Vyborgskaya Street, the building maintains its residential function while incorporating additional facilities added during a 1938 renovation.
The building received multiple nicknames from local residents, including Wall House, due to its distinctive triangular shape at the street corner.
