The Marina Bay Cruise Centre spans 28,000 square meters and features wave-inspired roofs reflecting maritime themes through its contemporary architecture design.
The terminal started operations in May 2012 through a collaboration between RSP Architects and Bermello Ajamil & Partners to enhance Singapore's maritime capabilities.
The terminal integrates nautical elements in its design, with interior spaces decorated following undersea world motifs that connect visitors to maritime traditions.
The facility accommodates over 6,000 passengers simultaneously and provides direct connections to Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay, and public transportation.
Natural light flows through strategic openings in the terminal hall, creating shifting patterns that complement the building's undulating roof structure.
