St Mark's Church, Kennington

St Mark's Church is an Anglican church built in Georgian style on Kennington Park Road, featuring classical architectural elements such as prominent columns and evenly spaced windows. The rectangular structure displays the ordered and balanced design characteristic of that architectural period.

The building was constructed in 1824 under the Church Building Act with funding support from the 'Million Fund'. The site previously held a darker purpose as the location of the old gallows corner.
