Willy Lott's Cottage, 16th century cottage in East Bergholt, England.
The timber-framed cottage features a plain tile roof, red brick stacks, and multiple cross casements with leaded lights throughout its structure.
William Lott, a tenant farmer, resided in this cottage for almost his entire life during the early 1800s when John Constable painted it repeatedly.
The cottage appears in John Constable's famous painting 'The Hay Wain', making it a central element of British landscape art history.
The Field Studies Council now manages the property, offering educational programs and accommodation for students studying art and ecology.
A painting of the cottage became the subject of investigation in 2017 during BBC's program 'Fake or Fortune', revealing its value at £2 million.
