1 Prince's Terrace, Category A listed building in Glasgow, Scotland.

The two-story corner building features a north-facing main facade with four axes, a front staircase, and double-leaf entrance door with decorative elements.

James Thomson designed this residential structure in 1870, implementing Italianate architectural elements throughout the exterior and interior spaces.

Local starch producer James Morrice acquired the property in 1895 and initiated extensive interior renovations around 1900 to match his personal preferences.

The structure maintains its original slate roof, cast iron balustrades, and arched dormers, requiring specialized maintenance to preserve these historical features.

A beveled two-story promontory stands on the left side of the building, topped with a flat cast iron railing that adds distinction to the facade.
