The Stephen Sondheim Theatre is a Broadway theatre located at 124 West 43rd Street, between Times Square and 6th Avenue, in midtown-Manhattan.
Constructed by architect Herbert J. Krapp in 1918, it has been the venue for numerous notable productions, including 'Beautiful: The Carole King Musical'.
Named after Stephen Sondheim, a Pulitzer Prize-winning composer, lyricist, and recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the theatre represents a significant cultural landmark in the heart of New York City's theatre district.
