Orange Stage

The Orange Stage is the main performance platform at Roskilde Festival, a large structure with a covered roof that stands prominently across the festival grounds. The open field in front accommodates tens of thousands of spectators distributed across different standing zones.

The stage was built in the late 1970s with a roof structure that had previously been used by a major rock band during a touring period. This early setup established the foundation for what would develop at the site over the following decades.
