Beit Arousi is a two-story stone building in Kiryat Ono with traditional Yemenite architectural features, including carved wooden doors and decorative window frames. The structure contains spaces for teaching and gatherings, arranged with separate areas for men and women.

The building was established in the 1980s and became a learning center after Rabbi Ratzon Arusi was appointed Chief Rabbi of Kiryat Ono in 1987. This appointment marked the turning point when it grew into an important institution for Jewish scholarship.

The building functions as a center for studying Jewish law and Maimonides philosophy, where visitors encounter regular discussions about these subjects. People gather here to engage with these ideas through lectures and community events.

Visitors can attend weekly Torah classes and legal symposiums held regularly at this location. The building has separate entrances and seating areas for men and women to accommodate traditional practices.

The library holds rare manuscripts and books about Yemenite Jewish traditions, including original works by Rabbi Yosef Qafih. This collection offers a window into religious texts and scholarship from this particular tradition.
