Koberg Castle, Medieval château in Trollhättan Municipality, Sweden.
The stone castle extends 60 meters in length across three floors, containing forty rooms arranged in an east-to-west architectural layout.
The eastern section of Koberg Castle dates from the 1450s, while the central part was built in the 1620s and the western wing in the 1790s.
The castle received a Vasa-style facade renovation by architect Fredrik Liljekvist, with additional National Romantic style stables constructed in 1904.
The castle maintains private residence status but organizes a Christmas market each November, allowing visitors to experience the historical grounds.
According to Carl von Linnaeus, the castle name derives from Germany's Coburg Castle, establishing an international connection to European architectural heritage.
