Donnerska huset, Visby, Medieval stone warehouse in Visby, Sweden
The structure consists of a central four-story section measuring 15 by 10 meters with additional two-story wings extending to the north and south.
Originally constructed in the 1100s as a storage facility near the harbor, the building received its name when merchant Jürgen Hindrich Donner acquired it in 1750.
The building functioned as a central trading point during the 1700s and 1800s, when the Donner family established one of Sweden's largest trading companies.
Located near Donnersporten gate and Donners plats square, the building houses the Gotland tourist information center on its ground floor.
The cellar contains remnants of medieval walls integrated with the Sjömuren defensive structure, indicating the building predates Visby's city wall construction.
