Wertz's Covered Bridge, Covered bridge in Berks County, United States.

The wooden bridge stretches 204 feet across Tulpehocken Creek, connecting Bern Township and Spring Township with its red-painted Burr arch truss structure.

Constructed in 1867 near Wertz's Mill, the bridge served vehicle traffic until 1959 when the opening of Warren Street Bypass led to its closure.

The bridge forms the entrance to Berks County Heritage Center, representing nineteenth-century Pennsylvania transportation engineering methods and local architectural traditions.

Visitors can access the bridge at 2201 Tulpehocken Road in Wyomissing, with parking available at the Heritage Center grounds throughout the year.

The structure maintains its position as Pennsylvania's longest single-span covered bridge, measuring 204 feet from end to end over Tulpehocken Creek.
