God's Acre

The cemetery spans 1.6 hectares with rows of identical flat headstones arranged in sections according to age and life stages of those interred.

Founded in 1774, this burial ground follows the traditions established at the first Moravian cemetery in Herrnhut, Saxony, Germany in 1730.

Each gravestone maintains equal dimensions and materials, reflecting the Moravian belief in the fundamental equality of all people before God.
