Golfclub Thayatal-Drosendorf

Golfclub Thayatal-Drosendorf is an 18-hole layout in the Waldviertel region with a par of 67 and a slope rating of 119. The course stretches across about 4.5 kilometers of varied terrain.

The club was established in 1992 and has been managed by the Scheubrein family since then. It has provided golfing opportunities in one of Lower Austria's established regions.

The course blends parkland and heathland design, reflecting traditional Austrian approaches to golf course building. You experience a landscape that feels naturally integrated into the Waldviertel region.

The course offers practice areas including a driving range, bunker and pitching zones for warm-up and training. Equipment rental and basic facilities are available at the clubhouse.

Each hole presents its own set of playing challenges that test different skills. This variety means no two rounds feel quite the same.
