Jasmine Zoo is a small petting zoo in Cisauk, Indonesia, set within the wider Jasmine Park complex. The grounds include enclosures and open areas where animals such as rabbits, peacocks, foxes, turtles, and a musang named Jasmine can be seen.
The place started as a small community project aimed at giving local children a chance to get close to animals. Over time it grew into a popular spot for families from Cisauk and nearby towns.
Visitors can touch and feed some of the animals directly, which makes the place especially popular with children. The zoo is part of Jasmine Park, which also has a café serving simple local snacks and drinks.
The zoo is easy to reach from Jakarta by train, getting off at Cicayur station and taking a short motorcycle taxi ride through a lane off Jalan Gunung Maloko. A morning visit is a good idea since the open-air setting can get warm later in the day.
The entrance bridge overlooks a small lake surrounded by large trees and is one of the most photographed spots on the grounds. The musang named Jasmine, which gave the whole park its name, is known for being unusually approachable.
