Vrtbovský palác, Neoclassical palace in Malá Strana, Czech Republic.

The Vrtba Palace spans two merged Renaissance houses, featuring a four-armed staircase and decorated courtyards within its complex architectural layout.

Built in 1726 by architect František Maxmilián Kaňka, the palace underwent modifications in 1800 when Imperial Counselor Jan Mayer added substantial architectural elements.

The palace grounds contain sculptures by Matthias Bernard Braun's workshop, including an Atlas figure holding a celestial sphere, now preserved in the National Museum.

Located at Karmelitská Street 25, the palace currently houses offices and private apartments while maintaining its historical structure and gardens.

The palace incorporates remnants of Gothic foundations beneath its Renaissance base, demonstrating multiple architectural periods in a single structure.
