Trans Studio Bandung, Indoor amusement park in Bandung, Indonesia
Trans Studio Bandung is an indoor amusement park in Cibangkong, Bandung, Indonesia, spanning about 4 hectares with twenty rides arranged in three themed zones: Studio Central, Lost City, and Magic Corner. The zones connect through central walkways, and the entire facility sits inside a larger shopping complex.
The building complex began as Bandung Supermall in 2001 and was renamed Trans Studio Mall in 2012. The amusement park opened in 2011, bringing entertainment attractions to the existing shopping center.
The Walk of Fame in the Hollywood section displays figures of well-known film stars and invites visitors to take photos beside them. The design references American film production and appeals especially to young locals who enjoy modern entertainment.
The indoor park opens daily from 10 AM to 9 PM and sells entry tickets both at the entrance and through online platforms. Group reservations can be made through the website with reduced rates.
The Lost City zone places visitors in recreated jungle scenes where they follow simulated expeditions to rescue crew members from the Indonesian channel Trans TV. The interactive storyline uses video sequences and special effects to tell a rescue mission.
