Kuwait Motor Town, Motorsport racing track in Al Ahmadi Governorate, Kuwait
Kuwait Motor Town is a motorsport racing track in Al Ahmadi Governorate, Kuwait, with more than 20 turns spread across over five kilometers of asphalt. The facility offers several track configurations and can host different formats of racing, from motorcycle competitions to car races.
The racing track was designed by German architect Hermann Tilke and opened in early 2019. It was built by KCC Engineering and marked the first project of its kind in the country.
This facility represents Kuwait's growing involvement in motorsports, offering spaces for both professional competitions and local racing enthusiasts.
The facility has grandstands for several thousand spectators and is set up for international motorsport events. Visitors will find infrastructure for different racing series that can take place throughout the year.
The site holds both an FIA Grade One license and an FIM Grade A certification, making it one of the few places in the region with this dual accreditation. This rating allows championship races for both cars and motorcycles at the highest international level.
