Schloss Atzenbrugg, Historical castle and museum in Atzenbrugg, Austria.

The castle features a late 17th-century stucco ceiling and spans 600 square meters of exhibition space dedicated to Franz Schubert's legacy.

Franz Schubert spent several summers between 1820 and 1823 at the castle, where he composed his musical pieces known as Atzenbrugger Deutsche.

The castle hosts regular Schubertiaden concerts under the artistic direction of Helena Dearing, maintaining the musical heritage of the location.

The museum will reopen in spring 2025 after renovations, offering interactive exhibits and listening stations throughout its exhibition halls.

A baroque garden pavilion known as Schubert's composition hut sits on a hill within the castle grounds, providing views of the surroundings.
