Hoisn-Hof, Protected heritage farm in Weitersfelden, Austria
The Hoisn-Hof comprises a three-sided farmstead featuring solid granite masonry work, with a wall closing off its western side.
The farm was first documented in 1480 in the Reichenstein estate records and underwent major renovations by the Wurm brothers in the late 19th century.
The property includes both the main farmhouse and a separate granite chapel dedicated to the Twelve Apostles, representing rural stone masonry craftsmanship.
The farm structure maintains original architectural elements, including a granite ceiling in portions of the economic building and a rectangular entrance with rounded corners.
A stone-carved relief figure known as the Kugelträger adorns the farm wall, topped with a distinctive sphere.
