The Pfarrkirche St. Jakob und St. Leonhard stands with two towers reaching 52 meters high and features a main nave extending 52 meters in length.
The church, first documented in 1355 as part of Brixen im Thale parish, underwent major construction from 1758 to 1764 under architects Kassian Singer and Andre Hueber.
The interior contains ceiling frescoes by Johann Weiß from 1764, depicting religious scenes including the Holy Trinity and the Last Judgment above the congregation.
Visitors can attend services or schedule visits Monday through Friday between 8:00 and 12:00, with additional afternoon hours available through appointment arrangements.
The church houses seven bells, with six cast in 1948 and one from 1933, which ring daily at 9 AM using specialized clapper holder mechanisms.
