Pfarrkirche St. Anna am Lavantegg

The church stands at an elevation of 1289 meters with a western bell tower featuring a pointed roof and a two-bay main nave.

The site began as a small chapel constructed in 1689 by Pater Modest Prevenhuber before expanding into a complete church structure in 1737.

The main baroque altar displays statues of Saints Joseph and Joachim created by Balthasar Prandtstätter, complemented by side altars dedicated to Saints Benedict and Anthony.

Visitors can access the church daily between 8:00 and 20:00, with the parish office located at Kirchplatz 18354 in Sankt Anna am Aigen.

The church houses a restored baroque panel from the 17th century that depicts twelve scenes of the Passion in detailed artistic representation.
