Kahalny Well sits at the base of Castle Hill and features a chapel, covered shelters, and a bathing platform with safety railings for visitors. The water comes from a natural spring that remains accessible year-round within a protective structure.

The well received its name from Jewish residents who managed the city's water supply from the 16th century until World War II. Following this period, the site was transformed for Orthodox Christian use and continues to serve that purpose today.
